Rejuvenating the central part of the face through the lower eyelid incision is the most powerful tool in controling the result of the blepharoplsty (eyelid rejuvenation). A comparison of the before and after pictures shows the elimination of lines of demarcation between the lower lid and the cheek. This patient does not have any incisions other than the eyelid ones (no facelift scars).
