Of all difficult esthetic surgeries, the secondary ethnic (in this case, Oriental) rhinoplasty tops the list. It usually involves loss of support and structural integrity. The tissues are usualy scarred and shortened. The use of autologous (from the patient's own body) grafts is almost always required to restore length and esthetic harmony.
