If primary (first time) rhinoplasties are difficult, secondary (second or more time around) ones are extremelly complex. This patient had her first surgery performed over ten years ago. It left her with a noticeable tip imbalance (follow the "bird-in-flight on the frontal pre-operative photograph) and a hanging columella. The properly planned surgery restored the balance.
