A successful esthetic rhinoplasty should balance the nose from the front, profile, 3/4 view and "worm's eye" view (looking at the nose from below up). On frontal view, the restoration of the delicate features of the nasal tip should manifest itself with a graceful "bird in flight" configuration. On lateral view, the tip should be slightly elevated above the dorsal profile.
