When volume is an issue, the mastopexy (breast lift) procedure combined with an augmentation with implants (in this case 330 cc) restores the roundness to the breasts and places back the nipples at an esthetic level. This result is shown at 3 months following the surgery to reveal the scars at their most noticeable level.
