The patient is in her twenties, 5'6" and 115 lb. The implants are 400 cc and placed behind the Pectoral muscles. What to look for? On front view: Symmetry of volume; symmetry of nipple position and width of the cleavage (two finger-breadth maximum). On 3/4 view: Ski-sloping of the breast; equal upper and lower curves with the nipple at the meeting point of the two.
