All my before-and-after pictures are taken with the patient's hands placed on the head and in the expiration phase of breathing to avoid "trick" photography. This result is presented at the height of scar healing (3 months after surgery) when it is maximally noticeable. The incision used on this thin patient was the "Inverted-V" type.
